Hi Guys, i was changing the front indicators last night and took some pics of headlamp for those interested in a change. Hope it helps.

Front indicator connections are in the headlamp.

looks like many options for mounting a new light unit in existing casing or bolting directly into existing round cover

 

I'm using JW Speaker LEDs on my Jeep, front and rear. They are a good quality brand (DoT/ECE marked for RH traffic and LH traffic). My Jeep front 7" pair was not much more than £300. You guys have now given an ?idea to explore.

Problem with some of the Amazon eBay ones is that they are not certified and scatter too much light to be useful.

Looks really cool but definitely not worth the price whatsoever. You must really have to like those to justify buying them when there's so many other options on the market.

 

Yeah it's insane. So many other options out there for a fifth of the price. I really would like to change the headlight. Think it will be my next mod.

 

That's just a ridiculous price, can't see how anyone could justify that cost.... looks a bit laggy after it comes out of the bends too...still momentarily pointing onto the oncoming side...??

Someone has put one of them adaptive headlights on an xsr but it's stupid expensive, well over £600 or $600. If I find the link I'll post it up.

Has anyone done this yet? I was thinking about changing my headlight to one of these and getting the housing for it but wasn't sure if the connectors are a direct fit. I would go and look at mine now but no power in the garage at the moment.

It seems all of these are universal so I'm not really too sure how they would mount.

 

Nice. Was thinking, does this instantly fit into the housing of the xsr 700 / 900? Is there any bolt on LED Headlight available that you guys know of? =)

Daymaker produces a set of 5 3/4 LED headlights. There's quite a selection if you go through amazon. The photos were supposed to re-size, Not too sure what happened....
