Hello fellow xsr owners, just a little introduction as I?m very new to this page, I have a matte black xsr which is my first bike being only 22 and I love it! Currently looking into buying an exhaust but am unsure which one to buy, obvious choice being SC but open to suggestions!

Hey Dan, welcome to the forum. Great pick. Exhaust has been toughest choice ive made! Yoshi, scorpion and SC were on my shortlist. Went with akro ti 2017 in the end. Although a pain as baffle is welded in and is proving tricky to remove.

How much did you pay for the Akro Ti then? They look the priciest of the bunch, was potentially thinking about financing one also. I?ve also heard the SC is extremely loud

Akro ti underslung 2017 was £760 which included 10% discount and was dealer fit free of charge. As i understand its definitely the priciest of the bunch but at the time i was clueless on how to fit exhausts so figured anythig dealer could do was a bonus. Also having dealer fit didnt affect the warranty. With the baffle in its definitely too neighbour freindly (although still way better than stock) so if i can remove will aim to complete the drill hole mod.

Sound and price aside, it was always about the aesthetics for me and im a big fan of the stealth side exit underslung look. In some respects much like stock exhaust.

I hot an exhaust from a custom manufacturer here in the uk. I am amazed at this thing and boy is it a beast....its a short stubby can but looks good too...

The exhaust is made by tec bike parts. Best part is its full stainless and cost £260 delivered........
