A great test ride and review comparing the Yamaha XSR 700 to the Ducati Scrambler and the XSR 700 seems to be the better bike.

I like the first video review more because it's one long video of him riding around on the xsr700 and he seems to be an experienced rider too. In Wheelies we trust.

Why the xsr700 is better for pleasure riding:
More dynamic
Wider power band
Scrambler has a stiffer suspension (personal preference)
Seat allows for more movement
Light and easy gearbox

But how does it compare to the MT-07? He did comment that you'll be paying 1800 Euros more for different plastics.

I would say it is much more than just new plastics, but still the diference is too much.

Add to the fact that you can find them used, and it makes the idea of getting an MT a bit better.
