You're right. I found out that countries with a distributor will not be able to buy directly from the web.

And I asked the company about the XSR700 specific fix for the bags and they asked me this:

you can fix the Legend Gear LC1 + LC2 bags with the bike specific side carrier (HTA.06.642.10000 left, HTA.06.642.11000 right).
