I heard these will work

but don't hold me to it.
I'll give a look around and see what's out there that will work. Though from the last search I did I think the top has to be around 42mm and the bottom 64mm for gaiters to work?

In other news did the LCD cluster flip because staring at the white lit background was killing my eyes at night. Looks much sleeker now:

Got a streak in it as you can see. A bit of a pain but I am more lazy to redo it at this point 🤣

Yesterday was busy wrenching away in the garage while it was 90* outside. After 3.5 hours the job was done.

  • Fork cover and gaiters
  • Motul 7100 with KN filter
  • EBC Double H Sintered pads

The fork stone guards was a trifling bitch to get off. It took a bit before I realized I should probably take heat to it. I ended up using a wooden chopstick and a rubber mallet to wedge off the first guard which took about 20 minutes to pry off. The second one took me three minutes 🤣

Bike shifts smooooooother with the Motul. Though I have only ever used 300V on my racebikes I am happy to see how this oil does.

Also, if anyone is complaining about the brakes, like I was, definitely opt up for a double sintered set of pads before you do lines or a new master cylinder. This was quite a cheap upgrade over stock and stops on a dime.

Changed to sequential signals front and back, LED bulb for headlight, LED Plate lamp, new grips, new mirrors, Puig windscreen and I installed 2 USB ports for accessories. One QD harness for plugging in a heated jacket, and a wireless phone holder/charger. Removed the pannier racks and passenger footpegs, adjusted suspension. And put some covers and bolts to cover and holes or unsightly crevices. Oh and mini spools. Waiting on the Akro exhaust and some other bits.

Installed our new Corbin custom seat. What a difference. So much better looking and way more comfortable than the stock seat. Definitely worth the money. The backrest is easily removable by popping the seat off and removing 1 bolt.

I finally made up my mind and swapped the stock mirrors for round bar end mirrors. After the first ride I'm happy to report there are no regrets, even though I obviously have to look slightly further down, the field of view is actually much improved and my elbows are no longer blocking most of the view.
