I'm sorry, mate, but I'm afraid your link is broken
You can see the end of the link says "ladz". I searched for those on their website and made a tinyurl:

The company that makes the turn signals is Max-Inc

You could email them for wiring information. I'm guessing you have bought turn signals that have running light capability which is why you have 3 wires - 1 ground, 1 for running light and 1 for the turn signal.

If you are swapping incandescent bulb turn signals for LED turn signals you will either need load resistors or a different turn signal relay.

Hello
I bought these indicators (https://www.caferacerwebshop.com/fr/min ... -ladz.html), I have no connection instructions, there are 3 wires (black, white, red), on this originally there are 2 sons.
Can someone help me a little?
Thank you in advance for your answers
I have indicators like that installed (pics pending).
As @Entropy pointed out, you will need either resistors or a led compliant relay to avoid overflashing. I rather used the relay.
I used this one https://www.amazon.es/dp/B00MGT1XWM?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_M8HYR80JGMS1ZF7W72XB and it worked perfectly. Just remove the old one and put this one in its place. You can find it under the front-left side cover below the tank.
Regarding the cables, if you want the day running light working, you must power it. That's probably the white wire for the front lights but you will have to try and see. The black one will most likely be the negative and the other two are normally yellow for the blinkers and red/white for the DRL/rear brake, but in the end, it all depend on the manufacturer.

You can find some tips about my wiring here Ebay tail tidy
