Interesting that he came out with the design based on this idea; "what if Yamaha make motorcycle for me". A sort of bespoke design for him.

That's what i've been seeing more with bikes like the BMW Nine-T along with the Ducati Scrambler, I think another heavily customized Nine-T dropped recently.

Think it was the BMW Scrambler? It's supposed to be the new NineT.
I think modding is the same as anything else. You learn by doing. Didn't even know how to change the oil in my first bike until I had to and Google was my best friend.

Crazy mods will probably crop up in the future but most will just do the usual generic mods.

For sure, the average person doesn't do anything close to this but at the rate these are showing up, we'll see enough by time the production cycle is over.
