Rizoma tapered handlebar fitting

Hey all,

I've just ordered the Rizoma handlebar as it's listed as being compatible with our bikes and I prefer the more aggressive riding position it will create. Am I right in thinking it will be a straight swap? I won't have to replace the risers or anything?

Here's a link to the bars: http://www.rizoma.com/universal/han...5-008-006-009-011/en?MOTO=57058609-50462991-R

Thanks in advance

Steve

Hey pal,
i have no idea if it is gonna fit but im really curious at how its gonna look and
what you say about the riding position after fitting it! Been thinking about buying
a sportier handlebar too but im just a little intimidated by the installation stuff!
Dont be, its not complicated at all.
I'm honestly retarded to do any manual work, all i can do is PC stuff like coding and i have managed to do all of it all by myself with no problems.

@PazzoTazzo75 you should not need any risers or anything else, it just straight swap. Perhaps you might need new bar ends. Mine handlebars were not threaded like the original Yamaha ones. But i didnt care as i was fitting Bar End mirrors instead.

Cheers

I'll post photos when fitted, it's gonna be after Easter as in getting it all done at my local Yam dealer. I'll also let you know the riding position! :smile2:

Hey dEbo,

I've got a set of bar end mirrors and the relevant adaptors for the bars so good to go!
What have you done to your bike so far? Any photos?

Cheers

Thanks dEbo! I had already commented on your bar install as it looks really good. Like the tail tidy and exhaust too!
Hey mate,
how did this end up for you in the end? Wondering if the dealer told you anything about the install process and more importantly do you have any photos!? Cheers
