**** Richie,
Nice few mods... I'm looking for the fork covers, where did you get them?. About the gaters, using yamaha's?
Thanks
**** Richie,Thought it was time to join forum, been reading it since June 16.
I have a green one ( bike that is ) brought it 31st April 2016, what a bike handles brilliant and looks the part.
Have fitted heated yamaha grips best thing I have done, R&g crash bar ends, frame ends and front & rear bobbins.also stand extender. Mesh covers, rad cover, fork gaters, have covered rest of forks in black plastic ( must have have read same magazine as as some of you others ) and have swapped seat for flat one, loads more comfortable and I seem to sit lower down on bike instead of tiptoe, next up exuast not sure what one yet.
Will upload a photo when I find out how to.
Might se some more of you at poole bike night when it starts up again only saw one other last year.
Apparently the dealers will only honour warranty claims with the Acrapovic exhaust, my dealer said that they weren't too bothered as most change the exhaust system anyway....that remains to be seen if i made a claim?!?. That hasn't stopped me fitting an SP engineering exhaust to mine though...:grin2:Hi any body from uk, imported an exhaust from Italy or other country and fitted to there xsr, if so any problem with emissions or warranty on there bike, and most importantly what's it sound like.
I find it great, sounds awesome even with the db killer in....too loud without it.. it ties nicely in looks wise too, all in all i'm very happy with it and as far as i know the only xsr700 with one on.hi yamaboy,
what;s your sp exhaust like, tried clicking on your picture but nothing coming up, also what;s it sound like.
also thanks to thecrow for info on pictures,
