Bellvill thanks! That's right, its TKC80 tires. The handlebar is renthal 822 (KTM LOW), its without risers, yes i can turn to max, but this handlebar is so wide and low that i have to put the throttle cable through the lamp holder (gas was jamming) what is impossible (i think so) if u have original headlight, i have no problems with that because i got Koso Thunderbolt headlight. Also u must remember about holes on handlebar for left and right switch. Better buy handlebar for xsr900, its lower than xsr700, and its plug&play.
Thank you very much for pics and details.
The XSR900 is a bit expensive for what it is but this is the easiest solution for sure.
You're right about the holes, I don't know the quality of the aluminum used by Renthal but once I tried to drill a Rizoma and it's an operation that can turn into a nightmare if you don't have very good tools.

Well, I will see, I have to try before anything else.

Good luck to you.

Hello! As u know, I modifying my Yamaha, and today I bought some new toys :> Need to make by myself brackets for headlight and turn signals. BTW I made comparison with original parts. What do you think?

Check my garage if u want more info.
Hi.

I know this is an old thread, but I am looking for brackets to fit the KOSO Thunderbolt on my XSR. Are you producing and selling the brackets you made, or do you know of any other company in Europe who are creating brackets to use without clamps?
