At the winter solstice (Downunder) the sunsets last long enough to be able to take a few pictures.
Summer in Brisbane are usually hopeless for photography

While returning home from voting yesterday, I passed this field of giant Hostess Snowball pastries waiting to be harvested. Once harvested, they will be processed into small fist-sized balls and filled with chocolate cake and cream.

Some scenic Australian landscape with a few twisties.
Considering that the most of the Eastern side of the continent has terrible surface on the "paved" roads after all the flooding (potholes large enough to swallow a wombat) this section of the Bruxner hwy is in good condition.

Water flow has slowed down and the level has dropped: now this crossing is covered in green slime that caught my buddy by surprise.

The newly wrapped blue XSR is now out of the shed. A short easy ride yesterday...it was quite cold. As you can see, we are not done with winter in Norway yet
