I have the same one, connected to the auxiliary cable. Seems like it provides too little power for charging my phone. Do you experienced the same issue?I was looking at buying one of those (a link to your eBay number):

when I was having problems crimping the connectors fro fitting into a plug. Decided to buy three plugs so I'd have a fighting chance of me getting two good pins for the plug!
I used a connector to power my Garmin 595 which has a USB power lead and it charges up my Samsung A3 easily. I've got a car cigarette lighter USB charger which shows the cars battery voltage when it's not charging anything, and the output when it is, and my Samsung is drawing 0.3 to 0.4 amps.
