My new tail tidy

So I took my bike to a local shop near me and had this fabricated, it looks great. I also had the baffles removed but one was well and truly stuck in the pipe and has caused some damage when it was pulled out. The garage is going to repair it and are trying to order the parts from Akrapovic, but be careful when removing the baffles.

Next mods:

Front LED indicators (ordered)
Shorty brake levers (ordered)
LSL handle bars

Looks gd. Do have drawings/measurements for the tail tidy as my mate has an engineering firm and could make me one up. Also, where did you get brake light strip from?
Hello mate, I couldn't tell you as he bought the light and made the tail tidy.

If you want I can take some photos under the seat so you can see how it was made?

Would be awfully kind of you,old chap.
That looks amazing, the LED strip brake light is cool as ever. Does it have split signal functions as well ?

Yeah it does mate. I'll get a video later so you can see.

Druid, that looks pretty similar. I would say thats the same. I'll get those photos today, I was out last night so didn't get a chance but Ill get them today for you. If you're anywhere near Essex the shop is called Robinsons Speed Shop near Southend. He does any custom work you want.
That looks great! :grin2:

The LED strip looks like the one from NewRageCycles:

Unfortunately I think it is not street-legal in Switzerland :(

So I've finally got round to putting on the new bars. They are the LSL super bike ones. I have also added some bar end mirrors, front LED indicators and sprayed the covers on the side of the rad.

Top job looks great, they look like the same mirrors that i got off amazon for literally peanuts... blue tint to the glass?? i mistakenly bought two pairs thinking the cost was for only one:grin2:.
So is the tail tidy covered underneath with metal rather than the stock plastic??. looks like it's welded to the tail tidy in your pic..

Sorry for the late reply, haven't been on here for a while. Yeah the mirrors sound the same as mine, really good for the money!

The tail tidy is one whole fabricated unit which bolts onto where the original sub frame was. I had it made at a garage near me, it cost around the same as buying one off the shelf so pretty good value.
