I disassembled my exhaust on my xsr. What I find odd is that the 2 seals are glued, I can't remove them.
What should I do?
leave them in place and reassemble my exhaust or try to remove them?

The copper gaskets between the head and the exhaust manifold? They should be removable, maybe they were stuck in place to aid assembly. If you are going to re-use them you can anneal them by heating them until they're red hot and then dropping them into water. At less than £2 each (UK) though, I'd fit new ones.
