Hey folks,
My new '22 XSR700 arrived last week. I bought in November, but was waiting for the typical Irish weather to pass and for the new registration year to come in.
Been out on it for a few hours so far, it's my first bike, so I'm taking it handy, lots of slow speed work, but I got out on a few ring roads yesterday and opened it up a bit.
Love it so far, very easy to handle, and very easy to keep the speed reigned in.
Only compaint I have is, and it's nothing to do with the bike: having a learner tabbard on attracts a special kind of asshole on the roads to give you abuse.
Have some parts to go on:
I'm planning on getting the tribute flat seat, but that's purely a visual thing, as I find the stock seat quite comfortable.
I'll get a bit more comfortable with the bike before I start taking tools to it for the above though.
