So i finaly did it. Paid my local yamaha dealer a visit today and got a good deal on a new 2016 Garage Metal XSR700. I'm just waitng for the shop to mount the Akrapovic high exaust, adjustable clutch/brake levers and the little windshield. The bike should be ready to the first real spring week here in Sweden.

I've spent so many hours lurking this forum, and all the input from you members has realy helped me in my choise of bike. Thank you all!

Unfortunately i already caught it. I was going to pick up a stock XSR last saturday but Yamaha had "test days" all over Sweden and they had a akrapovic modded XSR at the shop and after hearing that sound i signed up for a akrapovic high mount system. And now i'm waiting for the evotech tail tidy to arrive, and those adjustable clutch/brake levers would be nice, and maybe different mirrors? So i do get Your point...
