exhaust approval

Hi guys, on an Italian forum on which I sit there was a discussion about whether the discharge sc project as well as others, have only the approval for the sound (e9) and not the one for pollutant emissions (e5) and so much say that if the police stop you makes you the fine because the discharge is not highlighted both abbreviations. But I noticed that on my original exhaust that I replaced, there are no markings, only (e13). What do you think?
