Just for info...

Noticed the cap on top of my coolant expansion tank came off. Lost a bit of coolant. The pipe that comes out of the cap forces it off the top of the expansion tank.

Something to check maybe.

Thats strange...lucky you spotted it...!!! i thought they was secured with a small grub screw to avoid that from happening??

The pipe is in place. It's the cap that the pipe is connected to that came loose.

It's not that serious (I'm told by a mechanic) because it's an expansion tank but nonetheless I lost some coolant.

I'll take a pic over the weekend when I'm fitting my tail tidy hopefully!
