checking engine oil level

hi all
just finished my 1000km running
two issues
1. how its recommended to check oil level.
if the engine is cold is it good enough?
in the manual book its mentioned that should run the engine several minutes
and than wait several minutes- if saw = how much is several?

2. after riding have on the exit of the
exust kind of black spots some time with liquidity maybe from mouister
noticed on other bikes
any idea?

1. Check it when engine is cold : oil level must be to the max
2. It's normal : condensation + lean Air Fuel Ratio (all Euro 3 and Euro 4 engines)

when
cheking oil after running the engine few minutes the level is down normaly because some oil is running to the block.
and its look like some oil missing to the top level. anyway their is the missing oil warning sign on the spidometer

It's not missing oil warning.
When it lights, your engine is wrecked :D
