I can only comment on the Evotech because that's the one I went for, would defo recommend that though.
You can alter the indicator position should you wish and it comes with an undertray to keep the rain out. All plug and play with the number plate light etc..

Best at what? Looks are subjective, so there's no best there. Best for still providing spray protection? Whichever one leaves the rear fender in place. What's your criteria?
For me, the best LOOKING on is the one from NRC.
However might not be the most FUNCTIONAL.

I removed the one that came on my bike. I much prefer the look of the rear fender and tail light.
