For sale: Yamaha smoke screen UK

Hi all,

I've taken the Yamaha screen off my bike as it's not the look I am going for! It's in great condition, easy to fit by just removing both front indicator mounts and slotting in. Currently retails for approx £119. I'm looking for £55 plus postage to UK only. It apparently came with a rubber strip but i never had it!

Here's a link: http://www.yamahaclothing.co.uk/xsr7...een-5597-p.asp

Thanks!

Steve

Are you open to local pick up? Maybe there's someone close enough that would want it !

No worries Druid, it's safely sitting in a box in the garage!

Is there any wind protection at higher speeds when this is fitted?

Hi Neil,

I've only used it once at higher speeds, on the way home from buying it! I'd imagine the protection is negligible but will be better than without a screen. I consider it to be more of an aesthetic screen than a truly functional wind protection device.
I could be wrong though as I have only used it once!

Thanks

Steve

£50 plus postage, anybody interested? I'll try on here once more, then it's time for eBay!

Thanks
